Please send all mail Priority or Express. When using Pay Pal, adopter is responsible for the 4% surcharge that is charged to Serenity Acres for this transaction. All adoption fees must be paid in full before the rancher will release your horse to the transporter.

$20.00 Application Fee With Adoption Application
The cost of your adoption varies with each foal or horse. The adoption fee is for the cost of the animal only. You are also responsible for the coggins test, health certificate and brand inspection (usually about $50.00). Our horses come from various areas of the U.S. and Canada. There will be a shipping fee. Serenity Acres is very experienced in shipping horses and can provide references. Serenity Acres will make every attempt to coordinate the shipping of your adoption to minimize costs. A 50% deposit must be paid to Serenity Acres before delivery. You may mail us a cashier's check by USPS Express or Overnight delivery, or send the deposit via PayPal on the donations page of this Website. If using PayPal, you will be responsible for paying the 4% service charge. Balance must be paid in cash or by cashier's check to the driver upon delivery of your horse.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY (Please read carefully and return with application) Purchasing party shall assume all responsibility, risk, and liability for the care and control of the horse purchased in their behalf by Serenity Acres from the date of purchase forward. It is understood that the purchasing party shall hold Serenity Acres and all it's officers, directors, and volunteers harmless from any claims of damage, injury, or acts of negligence, howsoever caused, to purchasing party or any other party. Serenity Acres can make no claim nor warranty for horses beyond their date of purchase. All mares that are sold as exposed are not guaranteed to be pregnant. Your mare can be tested for pregnancy by the Vet at the expense of the adopter. Please contact us for further information.
