Serenity Acres is a 501-(c)3 non-profit agency that helps to place horses formerly associated with the PMU industry into adoptive homes. We do Internet adoptions with the help of United Animal Nations. Please click on the link to their Website

We transport all of our adopted horses as part of the adoptive screening process. We are very experienced in transporting as we have been doing it for 3 years. We stop every 3-4 hours for water and rest. We feed am & pm and stop every night overnight. The horses come off the trailer every third night at a horse motel or foster ranch. If you have to wait a few weeks extra for your horse, it is because it is being handled with TLC. We offer discounts for those needing transport of more than one horse. The rancher may also offer discounts on adoptions of 6 or more horses.
The rancher will geld an older horse for $100. Please allow a few weeks for recovery before transport. He has a few experienced trainers who will halter and lead break your horse or green break your horse. Please contact us for a quote on shipping. Shipping fees go to Serenity Acres and help us stay in operation. We will transport any well-behaved horse anywhere in the lower 48 states. We do not transport Stallions at this time.
