FOSTER PROGRAM

Most of the horses available through our foster program are our "special needs" horses. Special needs horses need rehabilitation or are not good adoption candidates. Some animals need fostering permanently and some need only temporary fostering.

Each of our available horses are fostered on a case-by-case basis, as each requires different care. When you commit to foster a horse, you assume all financial responsibilities for the feed and care of that animal.

We are always looking for caring individuals to provide homes for these horses so that they may have the chance to "be just horses" and recuperate or live a normal life.

For those of you who do not have the facilities to keep a horse, but would still like to help save one, we have a program just for you. For $75 a month you can foster a horse that will be taken care of at our facility. The horse will still be available for adoption, and you will be notified if it will be adopted. We will acknowledge your committment to fostering the horse in the Horse Adoption listing. This is a tax deductible donation.
